San Juan's VP-Operations
Recognized as Emergent Leader in Civil Engineering
Roberto León, our Vice President for Operations - San Juan, has
been recognized by the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE) of the
Puerto Rico College of Engineers and Surveyors as Emergent
Leader in Civil Engineering. This is an award presented to an
outstanding professional less than 40 years old. In a letter
received from the President of the ICE, Roberto is cited as “a
young professional who has excelled as an example of leadership
and excellence”. Roberto was nominated by the community and
elected by his peers for his professional ability, serving as an
example of leadership and excellence, oriented to the public
interest, where his background in civil engineering has been
fundamental to his personal achievements. He will receive his
award in an ICE activity to be conducted on May 18 at the PR
Convention Center.

approved a slate of candidates to lead the organization
