This project comprised a new, state of the art, 99,063 SF elementary school for 1,068 students. The campus included a three-story general instruction building, a one-story administration/media center building, and a one-story kitchen/dining building. CSA Group was the Design Criteria Professional (DCP) for this Design/Build Project. Tilt-up construction was utilized to help accelerate the fast track design/build delivery method. Services included programming, schematic design, owner’s representative, and construction administration.
