A.L. Bazzini was working on the consolidation of operations to a single multi-story, 150,000 SF facility located adjacent to their existing facility at Hunts Point Market in the Bronx. CSA developed a space use program based on current use and future operational needs. We worked with the industrial designer to evaluate space needs for each area to factoring circulation and compliance with current building and safety codes. During this process, we also evaluated the current administrative areas and support facilities such as cafeterias, lockers, bathrooms, storage and warehousing including cold storage and loading areas and evaluated the entire site for drainage, truck and car circulation, employee parking, and utilities.
