This new four-story, multi-level, 450,000 SF facility houses administrative offices, truck and mechanized sweeper maintenance facilities, interior fuel islands, vehicle washing and underground employee parking. Included in this project were: District 4 – Truck Garage; District 4A – Broom Depot; District 7 – Truck Garage. CSA Group was responsible for all of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering systems for the new garage building as a sub-consultant to Jacobs.
