GENERAL BUILDING
Buildings are the main ingredient in our work experience, be
it housing, hospitality, educational or commercial buildings.
For 50 years, CSA has successfully planned, managed,
obtained permits, designed and supervised construction for hundreds
of building projects, including a combined total installed cost
of over $2 billion in projects over the last few years.
HOUSING
New construction and
modernization of private and public housing projects has
been a staple of CSA's architectural, engineering, and
construction management expertise. A recent
example of our private development work is the Finca
Ocaņa residential complex comprising of an estimated 390
apartments on an 18 acre tract of land located in the
Municipality of Toa Alta, Puerto Rico. The project
consist of the design of six buildings, seven stories
high, containing three bedroom units, access control and
community facilities, such as a 3,000 square foot
clubhouse, swimming pool and play areas. In
the pubic housing arena, a recent project is the Lirios
del Sur Modernization, for which CSA is preparing an
emergency and definitive construction program including
construction documents for civil and electrical site
work, and architectural design. The limited
modernization definitive work included in this project
encompasses the evaluation and renovation of the
existing sanitary system, the upgrading of site utility
conduits and/or piping networks, buried or overhead,
within property limits; streets, sidewalks, curbs, fire
hydrants, poles and other street furniture. It also
provides accessibility compliance by designing the
remodeling of dwelling and non-dwelling units that do
not comply with the HUD 504 guidelines.

CSA has designed and
remodeled various resorts and hotels including the Macao

Beach Resort (MBR) complexes, which include the Rōco Ki
Beach Resort, an expansive multifaceted tourist and
residential beachfront gated resort community located on
the eastern shore of the Dominican Republic at Punta
Macao.
Recently, CSA prepared
an Environmental Impact Statement for the San Miguel Four
Seasons Resort project in Puerto Rico. The resort development
includes the construction of a resort hotel, hotel villas,
beach facilities, tennis complex, 18-hole golf course
and the necessary infrastructure (access roads, wastewater
treatment plant, water mains, etc.). The most outstanding
feature of this project is not only the conservation but
the enhancement of the natural resources in its surroundings.
The project proposes conservation zones and protection
activities managed through integral plan for the care
of these resources.
EDUCATIONAL
Our work in educational
projects has included designs for classrooms, administration
buildings, support facilities, libraries, dormitories,
parking, road access, and recreational facilities (baseball

of five concrete structures, 92,500 square feet of classrooms
and offices: office wing, studio wing, and lecture hall,
gallery and model shop.
Currently CSA, in a joint
venture effort, provides the Cincinnati Public Schools Board
with project review and oversight of all phases of a $985m,

designed to seat 68,000 fans in a state-of-the-art facility
that incorporates the latest amenities and viewpoints
to maximize the customers’ entertainment experience.
Another significant project is the current development
