We are actively recruiting for the following positions in our different locations:

Environmental Engineer - Puerto Rico

BS in Chemical or Environmental Engineering (preferably a Masters of Science in Engineering). Minimum of 8 years of experience, knowledgeable with: environmental site assessments, environmental site audits and investigations, Soil and groundwater waste characterization and remediation studies, hazardous material investigations, noise studies, and environmental regulation. Good organizational skills and a proven ability to manage large and diverse data sets are essential. Must have strong technical writing skills in both Spanish and English. Fully bilingual. PE license, a plus.

Senior HVAC Engineer (Mechanical) - New York

BS in Mechanical Engineering, New York Professional License required. Minimum of 10 years experience in the design, detailing, and specification of facility HVAC & R/energy efficient systems and demonstrated fluent verbal and written skills. Must be able to work independently and as a team member, manage multiple projects, perform detailed field work and site verification surveys, and provide direct professional support to clients. Knowledgeable of high reliability systems and facilities, CEM and LEED certification, and construction experience a plus.

Sr. Electrical Engineer - New York

BS in Electrical Engineering, New York Professional License required. Minimum of 10 years experience in design of electrical systems for commercial and industrial buildings and be proficient in AutoCAD. Candidates should have recent experience working in a design firm environment.

Project Manager - New York

BS in Engineering/Architecture. Minimum of 5 years experience in management of facility projects. Must be able to manage all aspects of design, plan preparation, client coordination and tracking project status (project records. solve design problems using engineering calculations and following general design standards). Responsible for proposals, change orders and technical specifications. Manage project staff to include design engineers and CAD operators with the ability to mentor junior design staff. Provide input for budget projections for projects. Successful candidate should possess expertise in a variety of public and private facility projects.

CAD Discipline Manager - New York

Minimum of 10 yrs experience drafting in an A/E design firm. Must be able to manage a growing drafting department of approximately six draftsmen and work with Project Managers, Engineers and clients on a daily basis; strong communication and administrative skills required; reporting department status to seniors and assigning tasks, teaching, reviewing work and developing skills of department personnel; developing, maintaining and ensuring the application of drawing standards and coordinating the standards with company offices. The applicant must be proficient in AutoCAD 2005 and previous versions, Micro station, Revit, LISPs, writing scripts, Excel, Word, plotters.
