MACONDO CORP:
http://www.macondocorp.comTo better serve current and future
clients by providing in-depth diversity of services and geographical
markets, CSA pursues synergistic relationships with other companies
through partnerships, joint ventures and mentor-protégé
relationships. We endeavor to identify, develop and cultivate long
term relationships with companies with similar goals and values to
enhance CSA’s value to clients, providing win-win results to the
partner companies and the clients.
Partnerships/Joint Ventures/Strategic Alliances
As the largest Hispanic-owned firm in our industry in the U.S., CSA
offers unique advantages and opportunities to current and potential
partners. Key wins for our partners include:
- Access to the expanding and profitable Caribbean and Latin
American market through our San Juan and Miami offices
- Presence, leverage and credibility to key US markets with
large and influential Hispanic populations
- Addition to the team’s portfolio of 50 years of project
experience in the multiple markets and areas served by CSA
- Inclusion in their teams of an established, minority-owned
technical firm with a long history of solid results
CSA has participated in strategic alliances with major industry
companies, as well as local firms, to the tune of over $2 Billion
(total Installed Costs) in on going or completed Capital Improvement
Projects in the US, the Caribbean and Latin America.
CSA Mentor/Protégé Program
As both a way to contribute to our industry and expand our services,
CSA initiated its own Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP) to assist other
minority companies in the engineering field and related businesses.
CSA’s Mentor/Protégé Program is a private program, based upon the
Federal model, designed to enhance the capabilities of our small
business partners by improving their ability to successfully compete
and effectively execute government and private industry contracts.
The goals of this Program are:
- Extend CSA’s technical and business assistance to small
disadvantaged businesses
- Enhance the ability of these businesses to perform as
subcontractors on federal / private projects
- Enable these businesses to serve as prime contractors and
widen their reach into more markets
- Further develop CSA’s own business relationships and
initiatives with proven partners
One on going success story is our program with Ang Associates,
Inc.; a small minority-owned engineering business concern located in
Philadelphia, PA. Please visit
