New Canopies A, B, & C for Beech Grove Indiana Maintenance Facility, Indianapolis, IN - Engineering services for new canopies, totaling 30,000 SF, at the Beech Grove Maintenance Facility include: power feed and new flood lights; fuel storage tank vent pipes; natural gravity roof ventilation for Canopy “C” to mitigate exhaust fume hazards from as many as twelve locomotives parked running under the new canopy (three per track).
Sedimentation Pond Canopy, Beech Grove Indiana Maintenance Facility: Project No. WE1783 (Environmental) - We provided a topographic survey for a 200 SF area around the sedimentation pond, geotechnical investigation and report and civil/structural design, including engineering and construction documentation for the retaining wall and the new canopy structure.
Wastewater Treatment Laboratory at Beech Grove Indiana Maintenance Facility
Review of construction documents and preparation of construction cost estimates and schedules utilizing a pre-fabricated building structure. Provided constructability review of process equipment, process piping and control devices.
Wilmington Delaware Maintenance Facility Fuel Unloading Pad – Project No. 1788 and Material Storage Area – Project No. 1790 - We provided structural design including engineering and construction documentation for a fuel unloading pad; and a 4,000 SF material storage area.
Wilmington Delaware Maintenance Facility Laboratory Renovation - Architectural and MEP engineering design for about 1,600 SF of new laboratory space.
Amtrak 30th Street Station 4th Floor Computer Room – 30th Street Station -We provided electrical engineering design services to verify the existing system could supply the proposed computer room addition; provide a design for the main power feeds from the CETC power distribution room to the proposed computer room: and provided a design for the power to the stand-alone HVAC system.
Amtrak 30th Street Station Cooling Tower Replacement - Upgrade and replacement of cooling towers for (2) 350-ton chillers and (3) 350-ton hydronic heat pump systems for the 250,000 SF North and South wings offices.
Amtrak 30th Street Station Maintenance Building – Provided structural analysis for a pre-fabricated maintenance building (7,000 SF).
