The Westin Rio Mar Resort is a beachside development in the northeastern region of Puerto Rico. The resort includes a hotel, marina and two clusters of Mediterranean style villas within the hotel premises. Each cluster has 78 housing units with a club house and pool.

CSA was contracted to prepare the conceptual design for the villas and carried out the project through its construction phase. Services rendered included architecture and engineering consulting, design studies, site preparation, utilities plans, construction documents preparation and management. In addition, CSA performed the upgrade and redesign of an existing 18-hole golf course.
