Complete Civil Engineering and Utility Services

This project involved a turn-key design and construction for 200, two and three-story residential houses. The site was prepared by the Philadelphia Housing Authority through demolition of five existing low-income housing towers by implosion. This project reflects the new public housing approach of creating single-family dwelling units.

The property was phased and streets were cut through this sub-division with all the required utilities, sidewalks and curbing in compliance with the City of Philadelphia standards.

Ang Associates, Inc., of CSA Group, was sub-consultant to Bower, Lewis and Thrower Architects. Dr. Wing C. Au, Ph.D., P.E. was our project manager on the site/civil engineering, and Nick Denkowycz was our project manager on the street utilities and building services.
