The plan calls for the development of a building structure that is flexible enough to allow for multiple duplications on similar parcels.

The dwelling mix of 46 units will be composed of a mixture of one, two and three bedroom apartments for sale, with the 2-bedroom unit predominating. The units will be a mix of affordable and market rate apartments.

Parking is on a ratio of one space per apartment and incidental retail will be located on the ground floor.

The Project was commissioned by LR Development subsidiary of Related Properties.
