Design and planning for a major urban development at the C.T.A. Howard Street hub in the Rogers Park neighborhood in Chicago. This 270,000 square feet center will feature new shopping, a 400 car Park & Ride garage, a 10 screen cinema, and a 10 story residential tower. These will all be linked by a pedestrian walkway connecting directly to the C.T.A. station serving Chicago and Evanston, and a new PACE bus terminal serving nine city and suburban lines. Abundant plazas and landscape complete the plan.
