Parque de San Juan is a low-income housing project that consists of 56 units of 2 and 3 bedrooms in 2 walk-up type buildings, with a playground, basketball court, laundry room and administration office.

CSA provided architecture and engineering design services including mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and electrical engineering. CSA also supervised the construction of the housing project.
