CSA celebrated its first Cultural Diversity Week

Last week marked a significant milestone as CSA celebrated its first Cultural Diversity Week. At CSA, one of our Guiding Principles is that we treat people with respect and value their diverse backgrounds, experiences, and opinions.  We actively seek out diverse cultures, voices, and talents because we believe this diversity is integral to our continued success.

Throughout the week, we dedicated time for our employees to engage in meaningful conversations and share personal stories about their cultural origins and experiences. This annual celebration was eagerly anticipated, providing us with valuable insights into our colleagues’ lives, families, and traditions. Cultural Diversity Week serves as a powerful reminder that, despite our differences, we are fundamentally connected as a global community. We discovered that we have more similarities than differences, transcending geographical boundaries.

Highlighting our international footprint, we proudly mapped out the home countries of all our employees. This visual representation was both enlightening and inspiring, underscoring the richness of diversity within CSA and its pivotal role in our identity as a leading architectural and engineering firm.

At CSA, diversity is not just a concept; it is woven into the fabric of who we are. We celebrate our diversity because it strengthens us and drives our collective success. Together, We are CSA—united in our commitment to embracing and championing diversity in all its forms.

These engagement activities are fostered by CSA’s Guiding Principles and our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Our DEI Statement:

“CSA is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We embrace, celebrate, and respect the unique experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds that each employee brings to our workplace. We provide an environment of trust, safety and opportunity to create a sense of belonging, value, and support, where each employee is empowered to reach their full potential.”
