New Appointment: Ricardo “Kiko” Morillo, Vice President Business Development – Federal

CSA Group is very pleased to welcome a new addition to our team. Mr. Ricardo “Kiko” Morillo has joined as Vice President Business Development for the Federal market companywide. 

Kiko grew up in a military family living on various posts in the United States as well as Panama, Germany and returning home to Puerto Rico. In June of 1983, he received an appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point. Upon graduation, in May of 1987 he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army.  He served as a PATRIOT Missile Platoon Leader, Fire Control Officer, COMSEC Officer and Executive Officer in Bravo Battery 1/43 ADA.  He was nominated and selected to become Aide-de Camp to the Deputy Commanding General of Ft. Bliss, Texas, serving under two Brigadier Generals.  His last tour in the Army was in Weapons Development in the TRADOC Systems Management office for High Altitude Air Defense systems.  

He resigned his Commission as a Captain in 1992 and began a career in Johnson and Johnson. He brings over 18 years of civilian experience in the areas of sales, management, marketing, contract negotiations and affinity group leadership. His various positions include Sales Representative, Sales Development Manager, Division Sales Manager, Marketing Director, Regional Sales Director, Corporate Account Director, Regional Corporate Sales Director,  and Chairman of an Affinity Group.

Looking for his next challenge in life, he established Conquistador Services in 2008. Conquistador Services specialized in disaster assessment and recovery, and operated during the following national or regional disasters; Hurricane Ike 2008, Alabama Spring Tornadoes 2011, October Snow Storm Connecticut 2011, Super Storm Sandy New York City 2012, Hurricane Mathew South Carolina 2016, Hurricane Irma Florida, 2017, Hurricane Maria Puerto Rico 2018 and Hurricane Michael Florida 2018.

Kiko served on the West Point Association of Graduates Advisory Board for 3 Years, is Vice President of his West Point Class, and has been a Field Recruiter for West Point’s Admissions Department since 2002.  He has also served as President of the Antilles High School Alumni Association.
