Following the damages caused by Hurricane Irma in 2017 affecting roads, infrastructures and environmental impacts, Monroe County required immediate engineering design and permitting services for roadway repairs along the Florida Keys. CSA provided engineering design services for roadway shoulder reconstruction, embankment slope reconstruction, asphalt removal and roadway reconstruction, milling and resurfacing, and guardrail repairs.
