The project consisted of construction of complex hydraulic diversion, overflow and odor control structures within the confines of actively controlled access areas in a busy, dense urban setting. Scope included multiple utility interfaces and relocations; construction of overflow/diversion structures with deep excavation support systems and large active sewers which required maintenance of flows during construction.
CSA Group was part of the team led by Belstar, Inc. providing Project Management, Construction Management, Inspection, Commissioning and Schedule/Project Controls. Our services included providing leadership for project coordination, contract administration and construction management while maintaining an agile workforce available to respond to the needs of the project.
