CSA Group Joins the Disaster Recovery Coalition of America (DRCA) with Tom Lewis on the Board

We’re proud to announce that CSA has officially become a corporate member of the Disaster Recovery Coalition of America (DRCA). This prestigious affiliation underscores our commitment to serving communities in need and enhancing disaster preparation, response, recovery, and mitigation efforts.

 Adding to this momentum, Thomas “Tom” Lewis, PE, JD, CSA’s Senior Vice President for Utilities and Federal Markets, has been named to the DRCA Board of Directors! With over two decades of Emergency Management experience and his exceptional credentials in Civil and Geoenvironmental Engineering, Environmental Law, and a proven track record in climate, resilience, and sustainability, Tom is poised to drive forward conversations and innovations that are crucial for disaster recovery.

Tom shares, “I am very pleased and honored to be approved as CSA’s representative on the DRCA Board of Directors.” His leadership and vision align seamlessly with CSA’s values for service and professionalism, making this partnership a transformative step in our long-term strategy.

As a corporate member and with Tom as a Board director, CSA joins leading experts and service agencies across over 15 industries, working alongside federal, state, and local governments to bring relief and restoration to communities during times of crisis.
