San Juan, Puerto Rico
Project involves the redevelopment of approximately 100 acres along the San Antonio Channel, to provide a pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use waterfront area and creates public access along the San Juan coast. A Master Plan was developed that incorporated residential, commercial, hotel, park, and other related uses.
CSA was responsible for the A/E design of the project, permitting, construction support, and project management support services. This project is now being operated and maintained by SMG for the PR Convention Center District Authority.
