Dyckman Houses consists of seven, 14-story buildings with 1,167 apartments. CSA group was contracted directly by the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) for the replacement of boilers and hot water heater equipment for Dyckman Houses in Manhattan. This critically needed improvement will provide the necessary heat throughout the year for NYCHA residents.
