PRIDCO Mayagüez Waterfront Industrial Park Reconstruction

The Mayaguez Waterfront Industrial Park (PARK) developed by PRIDCO during the 1960s was severely impacted by Hurricane Maria in 2017, forcing the US Coast Guard to shut down its pier. The PARK is the most important commercial port in the west side of the Island and is essential to the marine trading activity that complements the region’s (and the Island’s) economic activity. PRIDCO is pursuing the reconstruction of the PARK (and its pier) to its pre-hurricane condition. CSA is providing project and construction management tasks in construction management plan, meeting coordination, quality assurance, construction contract administration, claims and change order management, environmental and permits regulations compliance assurance, cost control, and schedule tracking and reporting.
