PWD Lardner’s Point Pumping Station Replacement Program

CSA is providing Electrical, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Fire Alarm (FA), Fire Protection (FP), IT/Security and Plumbing (PL) design engineering services to Brown and Caldwell in connection with the comprehensive replacement and rehabilitation program at the existing Philadelphia Water Department (PWD) Lardner’s Point Pump Station (LPPS) located near the Delaware River in the City of Philadelphia. The program will retire and re-purpose the existing LPPS with a new onsite 160 MGD pump station and new onsite administrative buildings.
For the existing LPPS, CSA’s services include replacement design of the existing HVAC, FA/FP, and PL systems. For the new pump station, CSA is providing FP, HVAC, IT/Security and PL design. For the new admin. Buildings, CSA is providing Electrical/FA, HVAC, IT/Security and PL design
