CSA Joins The American Flood Coalition

“Advocating for national solutions to flooding and sea level rise”

CSA Group recently joined the American Flood Coalition. David Rosa has been spearheading the effort to join and shares “We are very excited and proud to be a member of the AFC. During the last two decades CSA Group has been helping flood-affected communities in developing stronger infrastructure and adaptation solutions. Our commitment is to continue to help cities and clients become more resilient, adapt to climate challenges, create sustainable infrastructure and ensure that all appropriate aspects of a project are considered.”

The American Flood Coalition is a nonpartisan group of cities, elected officials, military leaders, businesses, and civic groups that have come together to drive adaptation to the reality of higher seas, stronger storms, and more frequent flooding through national solutions that support flood-affected communities and protect our nation’s residents, economy, and military installations.

The Coalition focuses on policies that strengthen our economy, safeguard our national security and invest in our cities and towns. They started in Florida, Virginia, and South Carolina, but the group is rapidly expanding to other flood-prone states with the hope of eventually expanding across the nation.
