CSA Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Donald Ehrenbeck as a Senior Environmental Planner at the NY office.
Mr. Ehrenbeck has over 35 years of experience in environmental impact assessments that includes managing the environmental documentation and permitting efforts for numerous projects throughout the New York – New Jersey Region. He has extensive knowledge of the rules and regulations set forth by the New York City Environmental Quality Review procedure (CEQR) and the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP), as well as the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA), New Jersey Executive Order 215, and the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA).
His responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of New York City environmental documents (EIS’s and EAS’s), as well as designing and implementing public outreach efforts. Mr. Ehrenbeck also has experience managing on-call task-order contracts with numerous New York City and New York State agencies, including the Department of Homeless Services, the Department of City Planning, the Fire Department, and the School Construction Authority.
Mr. Ehrenbeck is a licensed Professional Planner in the State of New Jersey, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
