Senior Project Manager – New York, NY

  • Execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet the client’s changing needs and requirements.
  • Effectively apply established methodologies and enforce project standards.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of project scopes and deliverables.
  • Monitor and prepare reviews and maintain quality assurance procedures.
  • BA in Architecture or BS in Engineering or similar.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the New York Metropolitan area.
  • 10-15 years of experience in a progressive project management role with a focus on corporate facilities and industrial/warehouse type projects.

Architectural Designer – New York, NY

  • Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may perform technical assignments of moderate complexity within approved schedules and budgets.
  • Perform architectural tasks including surveying, designing, preparing layouts for internal review by Senior Architect.
  • Prepare specifications, reports and related data.
  • Prepare presentation packages.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design Degree.
  • Candidate must have 4-8 years of architectural design and multi-discipline coordination experience in corporate interiors and commercial design in the New York/New Jersey region.
  • AutoCAD and Revit required, MicroStation a plus.

Senior Mechanical Engineer - New York, NY

  • Prepare calculations and drawings of mechanical design in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Design of air distribution systems.
  • Produce design documents for permits, tenders and construction.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 10-15 years of experience related to the design of a variety of facilities for educational, institutional, state and municipal projects.
  • Competent in REVIT and AutoCAD.
  • Competent skills in HVAC.


  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a superintendent.
  • Superintendents License preferred.
  • Manage and coordinate inspection staff.
  • Coordinate all subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Review contractor work in place to ensure compliance with schedule, plans, and specifications.

Communications/System Design Engineer - New york, NY

  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or Communications Engineering
  • From 8 to 12 years of experience.
  • Additional requirements:
    • Design various communication projects that integrate the following types of system:

      • closed circuit television
      • loudspeaker systems
      • audio / video

  • Perform Special Inspections as per specific inspection requirements

  • Perform field inspections as per specific inspection requirements.

  • Experience inspecting construction work in PA/ NY area, varied in size and complexity.
  • Familiarity with PA building code preferred.

Administrative Assistant – Albany, NY

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
  • 5-8 years of safety experience in the A/E/C industry.
  • HAZWOPER certification preferred.
  • Site Safety Manager Certification preferred.
  • 30 Hour OSHA – Construction Safety and Health preferred.
  • Investigate injury and incident reports.
  • Encourage health and safety throughout job sites.
  • Investigate and correct safety incidents as they occur, write reports and report findings to appropriate personnel.
  • Identify and correct health and safety problems before they happen.
  • Confirm contractors adhere to site regulations including OSHA and the Site-Specific Safety Management Plan.
